Hopdoddy Burger - Euless

When two members of our group didn't receive their meals while the rest of us had, they were promptly given a full refund for their food. The chef came over before this decision was made and explained the situation to us, offering a heartfelt apology. The portion size of the patty melt was so generous that my husband and I decided to share it, and we were thoroughly satisfied.

This was my first visit, and I have a passion for great food made with fresh ingredients. I found just that at this burger place. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed right away and directed to the ordering counter. Cameron greeted us with a big smile and a friendly hello, which was so refreshing. Her upbeat energy and conversation immediately made my girlfriend and me feel at home after a long workday. Cameron's positive attitude and enthusiasm truly reflect what we value in our dining experiences. Excellent job, Cameron! We'll definitely be returning!

I have a lot of dietary restrictions, which makes it difficult for me to find good restaurants. However, my first visit here truly exceeded my expectations! As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in, we were greeted right away, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Cameron was a delight and so sweet while taking our order! She was fun to talk to and very accommodating. I often feel like a burden when I need to make special food requests due to my restrictions, but she went above and beyond to ensure I avoided gluten and dairy. I absolutely love the atmosphere and vibe of the place. It’s becoming rare to find great service combined with delicious food, but this restaurant has both! It really made our day. ?

Really awful effort put into the food. My ahi tuna burger was supposed to be light sear, rare in the middle. I asked specifically for the lightest sear possible. It came out completely cooked through, white throughout, the faintest hint of any pink.. ON TUNA!! It was dry and flavorless, so disappointing.My wife wanted her burger medium with pink in the middle. It came out beyond well done, dry and charred to a crisp, void of flavor or moisture.It seems their cook staff on Saturdays just don't care. Disappointing food from a normally stellar franchise, this location needs to do better.Oh, I also Rarely if ever (like 1 a year) do reviews, and normally if I do it's to race about a good experience. That's how sad this was.Hot honey sweet potato fries were good.

We arrived here about today around 4:45pm Friday. From the moment we walked in we were treated with such care. The cashier was the sweetest! The manager came around and checked up on all the guests. The burgers were perfectly cooked and sooooo juicy! Thank you all so much for your professionalism and customer service.Food: 5/5
