Chuckles Cafe - EUMUNDI

Terrible, worse service ever had at any Cafe, resturant in Queensland and Australia. Over priced as well. Avoid, avoid!!!!! Waited patiently for coffee, muffin, and thickshake. Finally the coffee and muffin arrive 25min later after we paid, (there were only a table of 3 in front of our order in the cafe , and then 1hr for a thickshake only after we had to ask when we would receive it multiple times, and getting many promises that it was being made (but the staff were lying to us!! . Turns out they were serving every other order out of order, and all the people that arrived after us first.The waiter even acknowledged this but did nothing about it. We asked for a refund, which was refused, they quickly served an ice frappe??! Not a thickshake we had paid for (but we accepted out of frustration . But they had 5 staff serving at the time. And no more then 15 customers in the 1hr 30min we were there.They did the same to another table that arrived after us, continually lying to them, until eventually the man insisted that he get as refund, after they kept lying about his order being made. Completely incompetent! Never apologised despite admitting to mistake as well?!

Really nice food and had a nice hot chocolate. Good place to sit for a while and enjoy the cafe across from the markets. Friendly staff and a lot of good quotes around the cafe. Would highly recommend to anyone popping through

Coffee was great, scone was dry and doughy like damper, just left it on plate. Such a disappointment!

Hardly leave bad ratings, but i got served the quiche later than a customer who ordered after me, hope its a 1-off incident!

Our favorite place for breakfast in Eumundi. Great food, great prices, great service
