Grotto Wood Fired Grill Wine Cave

Happy Cow mentioned that Grotto has the ability to make dishes vegan. We made a reservation, but unfortunately they were out of portobello mushrooms and could only offer charred greens. It was also noted that everything is cooked on the same grill, which may be a concern for some ethical vegans. Despite reserving a table through OpenTable in advance and sending a message to the restaurant, we did not receive a response. It is recommended to always call ahead when making reservations.

Before arriving at the restaurant, I checked out the menu and prepared all of my questions. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when it came to placing my order. They have a variety of side dishes that can be customized for vegans. I decided to try the fried Brussel sprouts with a maple glaze, the smoked corn cooked in olive oil, and a plain baked potato. Everything was delicious.

Mmmmmm….everything about The Grotto is so wonderful!! The atmosphere is very comfortable, food is always delicious and the spicy margarita is just the best! Love it !!

Food was great! Drinks were just ok for the price. Service was outstanding. We would go again.

Porkchop was cold. Filet was cooked perfect. Service was slow. Never got waters refilled unless we asked. Was hoping for a romantic dinner while out of town but Grotto was a huge disappointment. Will not return.
