Three Bird Cafe - EUREKA SPRINGS

3 Bird Café was a delightful evening in Yorka. Located not far from downtown on Van Buren, they offer both vegetarian/vegan options as well as natural meat options for the whole family. I spoke with the chef who was extremely courteous about accommodating my vegan diet. They even have vegan cheese (which was pretty good) and vegan mayo. The only downside was that they did not have vegan desserts. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

The cook ensured that my smoked beet sandwich was made in a fresh chick without meat, offered veganase on the side. She has gone out of her way to make sure that I always get a great meal without risk of an accidental mammal meat / dairy exposure sick. And everyone is friendly, friendly and you just want to embrace them.
