Humboldt Smokehouse - Eureka

Our delivery driver, Tito, was quick, and everything arrived piping hot. The Memphis Sandwich was fantastic! I highly recommend it. This is the second time we've ordered it, and it was even better this time!

The food here is consistently fantastic! I especially love the brisket and the variety of sauces they offer!

The food was excellent! It seems like something has changed—maybe there's a new chef—but definitely give them a try! The brisket was cooked to perfection, the deviled eggs were delicious, and the beans were fantastic!

Both sandwiches are terrible, the popper is just odd like, extremely odd tasting and the bird land was just awful it tasted terrible. Update the recipe for these or just get rid of them, I've had food here before and it was fine but this was awful. Don't think I'll be eating their food for a while.

I had several take-out buffets from Smokehouse while at work, and I have to say their sandwiches are quite substantial. The quality of the meat is excellent and delicious, and I absolutely love their mac and cheese!
