Sammy's Bbq Catering - Eureka

I love Sammy's restaurant. I have been coming here since it first opened. The BBQ here is top-notch and I enjoy the aromas that fill Sammy's. I am a big fan of the pulled pork and pineapple slaw - they are delicious. Sammy himself is great, we love him and his food. The sports theme inside is a nice touch. I am so happy to see Sammy's open again after the pandemic. Thank you, Sammy.

This is the best barbecue in town! The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. The staff is friendly and provides great service. Their catering service is top-notch. Be sure to stop by and try it out, you won't be disappointed!

The entrees at this restaurant are fantastic, as well as the sides. The service is innovative and the food is fresh and served quickly. I especially enjoyed the potato salad. The tri-tip and Kahlua pork were succulent and tender, absolutely delicious. My father loved the pineapple meatballs. The entire family was impressed by the chicken teriyaki and coleslaw with pineapple juice.

If you want Island style food, don't go to Banana Hut, go here! Great portions and the quality of bbq is top notch, and I've lived both in the South and Hawaii. Most spots skimp on portions, or the bbq is too dry. You won't encounter either here.

The ribs were almost fall off the bone tender. The Kalua pork was juicy and tender. The tri-tip was done medium and tender. All three meats had a light smoke flavor. The Teriyaki Chicken was the best of show, tender and the most flavor. The potato salad was good but on the eggy side. The pineapple coleslaw is different and I liked it, it's not made with mayo but is more tropical with just the pineapple juice. The french fries are the frozen variety, barely ok. The price was good, and we would definitely come back.
