For just three dollars more, I could have had a steak dinner at Outback. I will not be returning to Domino's again. Your inconsistent pricing and declining product quality will drive me to other options. Additionally, I felt it was inappropriate for an employee to call me a liar regarding the pricing issue—this reflects poorly on your establishment. Perhaps having more experienced staff would help improve the situation. Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed.
I am extremely disappointed with this Domino's and wish they weren't the only pizza place nearby in the 452 area that offers quality pizza at reasonable prices. I understand that the economy is shifting, but this should be the time to focus on keeping customers satisfied. As someone who orders pizza a few times a month, it's frustrating to have to deal with so many difficulties just to get pizza from the only nearby delivery option. I don't typically voice complaints, but changes are necessary, especially for a franchise.
All I wanted was a replacement order, since the neighbor who received it by mistake decided to keep it for themselves. I approached the situation calmly and politely, hoping for some understanding and cooperation in return. Unfortunately, I received the exact opposite, which ultimately ruined my date night.
I ordered the new Brooklyn pizza after enjoying it a few days ago, but when I got it this time, it was an oily mess. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the cashier laughed, shrugged, and whispered something to a woman. She came over, looked at the pizza, and also said, "It is what it is." The manager's name was Milan, and if he's working, I would recommend saving your money! I mention this because I watched him prepare the pizza, and he insisted that there was nothing wrong with the pool of oil on my pizza. Thanks, Milan, for a fantastic dinner... you should be proud.
We enjoy Dominos on those lazy take out kind of nights but absolutely hate the ordering system they have. You don't actually talk with the store that you're ordering from it's some online setup and the people you talk with can't speak or understand theEnglish language. Not to mention they upcharged my order almost $13. When ordering ask to be connected to the actual facility.
