I was quite disappointed to spend five dollars on a blizzard that we requested to be made with chocolate ice cream, only to have it made with chocolate syrup instead without checking if that was okay. It resulted in a completely different taste and felt like a waste of money. It's understandable if certain ingredients run out, but the least they could do is communicate with the customer. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 and the service a 1.

I was disappointed with the "basket" from Dairy Queen. It was very small and not worth the price. I only gave it 2 stars because the milkshake was good. Despite the increase in prices, the portion sizes should not decrease. The service was average, and the atmosphere was not great. Overall, I would not recommend this place for lunch. The price per person is $20-30.

We were denied entry to this restaurant when my wife and son tried to enter while people were eating. They told us to go through the drive-thru instead. We had to wait in line with 10 cars before asking to use the restroom for our 3-year-old son who is potty training. My wife was also in a cast and had to walk to 2 different doors to be told again to go through the drive-thru. This kind of treatment is not acceptable, especially during this difficult time in the economy. Not only did they deny us entry, but it also does not reflect well on their wheelchair accessibility. Overall, our experience with the service, food, and atmosphere was disappointing.
