Marco's Pizza - Evans

This location is the closest to our home, and we used to really enjoy it. However, we've started going to the Grovetown location instead because of a decline in service. The experience at the pickup window, particularly with one employee, has been consistently poor. I understand that everyone can have a rough day, but this employee has been rude to both my husband and me on at least five different occasions, and we weren't together during those visits. The food is always fantastic, but a bad attitude from an employee can tarnish the reputation of a good business. I've left my phone number for the owner in hopes of receiving a call back.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the young lady who took my order was well-informed about the menu and a pleasure to interact with. The pizza I ordered was excellent. Although I had to wait a few minutes while they prepared it, it was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to returning.

Pizza is not really that great. Very greasy and the overall taste is just off. I really wanted to like them since they're so close to my house, but I won't be ordering again anytime soon.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They require customers to use the drive-thru for order pickups, but I waited at the window for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. They also don't respond to phone calls, which means you have to place orders online. When I finally got to speak with someone, they were rude and disrespectful. If you enjoy having your pizza completely covered in toppings, this place is for you. And if waiting around for 30 minutes in line for a pizza that has gone cold sounds appealing, then this is definitely the spot to choose.

Marco's is our go to pizza destination because of its proximity and delicious pizza. We like it so much that I drive by a competi g pizza store to go there. You can use an app to place your order and customize your pizza. The app tracks your purchases for points earned towards an eventual free pizza. I like the selection of pizzas and the choice of crusts. In addition to pizzas ,Marco's offers a limited sub menu, cheezy bread, and decadent cinnamon squares. The employees are always pleasant ,and the pizza is always ready when promised. As an added convenience there's a convenience store/ gas station and a drive through car wash in the same small business group.
