Mi Rancho Mexican - Evans

It was an incredible experience! And to think it was just a Tuesday night. I only realized how great it was after I tasted the food. I ordered the Fajita salad, which was outstanding—definitely the best I've ever had. I’m not sure if they prepare it with bacon or some secret ingredient, but it was absolutely delicious. The service team operated like a well-oiled machine. Our group had a fantastic time. We had two tables of ten, including a women’s Bible study group and a family gathering, plus many regular customers dining in that night. The staff really did an amazing job. Great food, excellent service, and wonderful memories!

I deducted a star because they impose a credit card fee, which is quite annoying—what’s next, an electricity fee? This is part of doing business. That said, everything else was fantastic! The guacamole was some of the best we've had. The Fajitas for two could easily feed four; the portions were enormous. Even for our appetites, which are usually quite hearty, it was a lot. The Texas Margarita was excellent as well. The service could have been better, but overall, I highly recommend this place. I hope we can return before we leave the area!

This restaurant is very clean. As a local restaurant manager, I appreciate the experience here. Victor is always a pleasure, and Roberto makes you feel right at home. Together, Roberto and Victor are the driving forces behind this place's success, and I highly recommend it to everyone. P.S. Don’t forget to ask for the bio-margaritas—they're amazing!

We visited Mi Rancho from time to time and had a beautiful experience every time. Then, after the pandemic, we skip and we try the most new restaurants in the city to try and compare something new. Today we came back to Mi Rancho and were looking for lunch specialties. No specials listed anywhere, such three dishes we ordered that we never tried before. And it was a great surprise! The whole food was appealing to the eye, tasty, and the service was great! The server remembered that I don't take ice in my water, another server took hot food cautiously, so no one would inadvertently burn, the little doggie boxes arrived immediately when we asked for them. The AC worked great, the servers looked friendly and happy. Although the restaurant was full, no one had to wait longer than 6-10 minutes. Also, according to my mother’s advice: “Check the restroom first. When the toilet is clean, the kitchen is probably also clean.” I checked and everything I can tell you, the toilet room was clean! Interesting, well-prepared food selection, good management and nursing staff are the winning components for success and this Mi Rancho restaurant team in Evans Riverwood site knows the rules!

I recently went to Mi Ranchos after avoiding it for years. Something told me to give it another shot and I’m so glad I did. The food and service was great! I was never left without chips and salsa. The manager, Lionel, seems to have created a great working atmosphere and checked on the occupied tables a few times while I was here. He also makes the best Frozen Strawberry Margarita I’ve had in town! I will recommend them to everyone.
