Pho Bac (now Has Moved To Pho Augusta 4045 Jimmie Dyess Pkwy, Augusta, Ga 30909)

I'm in love with this place! The food is incredible and so fresh! The service is top-notch too! Our waiter was really friendly and introduced me to my new favorite drink: salted lemonade—definitely give it a try! The prices are reasonable, and the food is absolutely delicious. I live 30 minutes away, but it's totally worth it to come here for the fried rice!

I ordered the C100 House Special, which included BBQ pork chops, shredded pork skin, egg leaf, a fried egg, a small salad, and steamed rice. The combination of flavors was unique and complemented each other beautifully. Everything tasted very fresh and was quite filling. We also had some summer rolls on the side, which weren't mentioned. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I highly recommend this place!

The summer rolls and Bun Bo Hue were enjoyable. The rolls were a bit overloaded with salad, but the peanut sauce was just right. The Bun Bo Hue was outstanding; the broth was rich and had a perfect level of spiciness after adding some sriracha. The cuts of meat in the soup were incredibly tender and made up the bulk of the dish, adding great flavor.

I'm here several times and one has Pho Bac consistency. The food here is always served well and quickly. I never had to wait for seats or deal with rude staff. There are plenty of parking in front of the restaurant and even a beautiful entrance.

...........Simply delicious! The spare ribs and pork chops are great! The service was a little lackluster due to our server being inattentive, but that didn't take away from the cozy atmosphere and wonderful food.
