It was delicious with a lovely crunch—served warm and fresh! The side dishes arrived with the appetizer and included Kimchi, cucumbers, bean sprouts, and a potato, egg, and onion cake. While the sides were slightly spicy, they were bursting with flavor. For the main course, we enjoyed white rice with L.A. Galbi, which consists of marinated short ribs. The presentation was impressive, as the food was delivered on a cart, and the waitress trimmed the short ribs right in front of us before placing them on the table. The flavor was outstanding, featuring a salty soy-based marinade that added a savory and subtly sweet taste. Many pieces of the beef had a nice char on the edges, and the well-rendered fat was packed with flavor. This meal was substantial enough to serve two adults. I recommend ordering it along with an extra side of rice for a perfect portion, or come with a big appetite! I highly recommend Seoul Korean Kitchen and can’t wait to try the Beef Bulgogi on my next visit!
The food is good, but not outstanding. The portions are generous, and the service was decent, but I found the dishes to be a bit underseasoned. It wasn't bad by any means; I would happily return if a friend wanted to come here, but I wouldn't make a special trip for it.
As a Korean, I found the food to be just okay. The jjajang myun lacked flavor, and the kimchi wasn't cut into small enough pieces, so I had to tear it apart myself. The prices were a bit on the higher side. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and the staff were very friendly.
I absolutely love this place! I've been missing Korean food, so discovering this gem was a wonderful surprise. It reminded me of my visit to Korea, where the food was incredible. We ordered the fried yaku mandu as an appetizer, followed by beef bulgogi and pork bulgogi for dinner. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. I will definitely be returning!
I wish I could rate this place 4.5 stars! I really enjoy dining here, and it's surprising that I'm only now getting around to writing my review. My family loves this restaurant, and we tend to choose it whenever we're in the area. The portion sizes are generous and reasonably priced. The fried Mandu is a must-try—crispy on the outside with a juicy filling. For dinner, we ordered the spicy ramen with mandu, and it was delicious! It had just the right level of spice, and the noodles were perfectly cooked, not soggy at all, which can often happen. The Galbi is absolutely amazing and is my personal favorite. The atmosphere is casual—nothing overly fancy, but perfectly adequate. My only complaint is the very limited beer selection (only three options), but that's just a minor issue unless you're a serious beer enthusiast. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Korean food!
