This review has been edited from 3 stars down to 1 for the following reason. We accidentally left a very expensive multitool next to the bed and the inn won't answer the phone number on our receipt, the chat I sent, or email. Also, we have an electric truck, so when my husband went to go charge, his phone couldn't connect to charge the truck or even start the truck. Granted that it was a problem with Evanston itself, however I don't recommend this place ever. Their customer service sucks. Knight's Inn has been bought by Affordable Inns. If you can figure out how to get a room online that seems the cheapest option. We walked in saying the price online was $62 but they couldn't find us a queen room for less than $80. There was another customer in line who had bought a room online but it wasn't showing up and so he was out his money because they couldn't figure it out at the front desk. He even had a confirmation code. He didn't stay. There's no phone number to call them. They don't even answer calls from people trying to call the front desk from their room phone. No breakfast. There are stains on the mattress covers that show through the sheets and the windows are dirty. All appliances you want are probably here. The air conditioner works well. The shower was nice. WIFI doesn't work well.

Great price and clean. Unbelievable quite place to stay. Room could use some new carpet and I would give it 5 stars if it was replaced.
