Thought it was a Starbucks when I walked in…. Then Realized it was just bland branding.

The espresso is perfection and so is their immaculately clean bathroom, turns out!

The coffee was bitter and burnt. Portions could probably be better, but it's hard to say. I wish they would let the espresso run a bit longer so it wasn't quite so dark.

I dropped by the place for the first time. The order was two Havana coffees with cinnamon and condensed milk. While I was waiting for my order, i took a glance at the service guy adding condensed milk into coffee more than its reasonable amount. So, I asked for him to add less milk into second coffee and all will be well. However, the guy threw out the cup and started his job all over again. After that I just told him that All I wanted is the second one with less milk, not necessary to throw out the first one. He had a negative behavior when presenting the order, telling me that 'Next time you have to give a clear instruction to the cashier ' . As a response, I told him that it was my first appearance here, so i didn 't know that you guys add milk that much amount into coffee. And I took away my coffee and left the place, but the guy literally chasing me, and saying that Excuse me, ma 'am, what did you say? Again? So, i really felt that i got harassed by him since it was not an appropriate behavior. Beyond terrible service!!
