As much as I love the food at this place, I hate the fact, that anytime you order food from them, they will miss few items. Makes me question if it’s accidental or deliberate.

The quantity and quality was very poor. Couldn't eat and finish the food. Had a stomach ache after eating the food.

I recently visited this place along with a bunch of friends..when we entered around 8pm..we were told tht restaurant closes at 8:30 so we hv to order by 8:20...we were fine with it and ordered in a hurry..but to our surprise people were coming in till way past 9 and were allowed to sit and relax and suddenly all the lights were lit(most of them were turned off initially .there is one guy who has a bit of an attitude. Not sure why but he does .which is not very pleasant..a lady is there who is very polite and nice..Now coming to the food..while taking orders no one asked about the spice level and food was super spicy..kids could not eat at all...bowls and plates were chipped off at the corners mostly...Food was average..I hv had food here a year bk and it was tasty..but this time..all the gravies(manchurian,szechuan seemed same ..Gratuity is mandatory whether u feel gratified with the service or not..And wen asked about such high gratituity( normally 6 person or above calls fr a mandatory gratituity ..here 2 person or above..and it keeps getting higher.. the person server seemed little rude ...Never mind...we figured it's just a monopoly they hv in that area...Indochinese food is found at a lot of places with very polite behaved staff and great taste...Schaumburg and Naperville to name a few places where food is far better..!!A small note to the managementNo one is going to run away without paying..but start educating your staff with politeness,generosity and gratitude towards clients who make you run your business...Thnx
