Big Bang Mongolian Grill - Evansville

I use to enjoy coming here to eat but after today's experience has changed that. I gave 3 stares on service because I waited at the hibachi counter for almost 10min waiting to get the food cooked. While standing there wait staff an other works saw me there but did nothing. Next someone filling up the spice area came over brushed the hibachi grill down, picked up the wooden sticks used for cooking and then walked away. That person saw me but didn't acknowledge me or say he would be back. Finally I looked at a waitress and ask if the hibachi grill was open or closed. She went into the back and then came back out saying they are washing the sticks. Very poor customer care/support. Then while I am eating I look over at the food bar and the person filling it cross contaminated food. They took the lid that was covering the meat and laid it on top of other food. Othere items that were bothersome to me was the hibachi are floor and customer counter was very dirty. I know things wear down and pit but those items need replaced or repaired. this is concerning the seating. Booth seats wore out, ripped up and just looks bad. Now my server was great checking on me is the one of a few positive things about my visit.

Delicious food. Staff was very curteuous. Build your own noodle bowl was amazing. You filled first your noodles, then your veggies, then add in protein, make your sauce out of the options, and then they grill it for you with an egg. Amazing place especially as they do offer all you can eat or a build noodle bowlFood: 5/5

They recently added Poke and Ramen to their menu and it’s wonderful!We always went for the stir fry which is still great for the value.Friendly staff Andrew quick service!

Best restaurant to eat from in my opinion. The choices are there, along with personalized flavoring. Best choice for healthy options while enjoying great flavors. Staff is on point and friendly atmosphere that can cater to anyone of any age

Was our first visit and it was amazing. the food was great, the place was clean and it was a joy to choose and watch how our food is cooked and our waitress patty was the best. Home made kimchi was just incredible! we will be back and highly recommend this place!
