Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Love Freddy's on the west side. We always seem to go when it's less busy so that's always nice. Food is always food.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for my children with a small appetite.

It was very noisy inside. The girl was not using a microphone to call out your number when the food was ready.. It was very hard to hear and understand her. The food order was made correct.

Ordered meals n got food no problem. Then ordered ice cream and had to wait til 6 more people were waited on n served before we were given ice cream which was half mixed and melted. Hot food 5 stars, ice cream 1 star

The service was fast, food was great, and the help was polite and friendly. Good place to take the family.

Terrible burger, salty and so thin you couldn't taste the meat. So I pulled the hamburger off the bun, and it was too salty. The pickles were extra salty. I will never go back.
