Lic's Deli Ice Cream - Evansville

Update June 2022: I hadn't been to this restaurant since before the pandemic, so I decided to stop by for my favorite Choco creams. I was taken aback by the significant price increase—around 40% higher than the last time I purchased them. When I mentioned this to the staff member assisting me, I let them know that I would inform the manager and owner that I wouldn't be coming back. I simply can't justify paying $15 for a quart of ice cream covered in chocolate. I can easily make that at home for much less, so that's the option I'll be choosing from now on.

I had a wonderful trip down memory lane. The club sandwich and ice cream were outstanding.

First of all, the ice cream is absolutely amazing! I tried the spicy chili, which had a nice kick, but it had very little meat in it. As a chili lover, I always make it a point to try it wherever it's on the menu. For me, chili should have a good balance of meat and beans. Unfortunately, Lics' chili resembled more of a broth than a satisfying meal.

I absolutely love their gourmet subs and cherry Pepsi. Plus, they serve the best ice cream!

Got 2 milkshakes both were made with soured milk.
