Little Caesars Pizza - Evansville

Not hot and not ready. Sat and observes how countless customers receive their order that is ordered according to me. I waited for an hour for 1 pizza and 1 piece of bread sticks. Just to get cold food.

Thin crust pizza? friggin awesome. I will never get any other pizza from anywhere else. Such an improvement from the regular crust pizza. I can?t comment on the service because hubby always picks it up but he?s rarely gone more than 20-30 minutes. That being said? we did get an incorrect order this time. Hubby always goes inside to order with the understanding that he will have to wait 10 minutes for thin crust pizza. But he didn?t get the thin crust pizza that he ordered AND waited 10 minutes for. I can eat myself into a stupor on their tummy delicious thin crust pizza. Tonight? I ate 2 slices of the incorrect regular and that?s it? give the rest to the dogs. So disappointed.

I normally receive great customer service. On this day I sat in my car and watched orders being brought out to customers, even ones who ordered after me. After flagging down an employee and asking about my order he goes in, grabs it, and starts to walk away. I had to remind him I had ordered a 2 liter to which I got a blank stare. Not the attention to orders I normally see from this location.

This place is terrible. I ordered online and when my order arrived my Italian cheese bread was burnt. My pizza was just thrown in the box. None of it was cut like its supposed to be. I tried calling and nobody answered. This is why im not coming back. They are terrible.

Please order food from anywhere else! always get my order wrong. their brothers cannot be finished with expectations or task. not sure how their ticket works, but for example, when they make an online order and arrive when the app says they will act as if they throw it a cam ball and their jobs made harder than it is already. they are asked several times what they have ordered, and they are still asked to move away from the thru window running gear so that they can get their lives together. once pulled into a parking lot I waited another 20 minutes for the 30 minutes in the drive thru before I just went in and asked for a refund. the Maladroit employee swears that he gave me my job and handed me a pizza. when I opened the box to check it wasn't even the pizza I ordered
