Mcdonald's - Evansville

If they ever let go of the beautiful young lady with dark red hair who usually works at the drink window, I will stop visiting this location. She is such a nice and wonderful person, and I always enjoy seeing her when I go there.

I really enjoy having pickles on my burgers, but every time I request extra pickles, my order gets messed up. A couple of nights ago, I went through the drive-thru and finally found someone who understood my request. I want that person to know how much I appreciate them; they truly are a bright spot in these challenging times. If only I had their name, I would make sure they received a nice bonus!

The experience has been quite disappointing lately. It used to be great, but over the last six months, it has been terrible. I recently received an order that was completely wrong, and there was no way to address it at the restaurant. Now that I'm home, I don't want to make the trip back. They said I could just replace the food, but this seems to be a recurring issue. I don’t plan on returning, especially since they also asked me to bring the incorrect order in for a return.

They go in to get eat and they tell me that I have to use the kiosk...it is a sweat, it takes longer to order, then it would take for them my order..If I have to enter my own order when I go, I have to get a discount.

As 8 dings they got 1 right, then they tried to argue with me until I had shown them the reception, they are worse than any tacosglocke
