Taste Of China - Evansville

I recently tried the General Tso Chicken and Crab Rangoon at this restaurant in San Francisco's China Town, and it was the best I've ever had. While the restaurant could use a makeover and the staff could be more friendly, the food itself is excellent.

Love this place. Best and least expensive chinese food in evansville, staff is a little callous but for food this good I could care less. Huge portions and you can't beat the lunch specials!!

A hidden, but great place to eat. Taste of China is a small asian cuisine dine-in and carry-out restaurant on the west side of Evansville. The owner might be seem a little bit impatient when he just takes your order and hands your things without smiling a lot and thanking you, but the food is genuinely good and reasonably priced. The portion sizes are also good considering the price and you can get a large amount of food for only about $6 if you order one of the lunch specials. In the end, if you're on the west side and you're in a mood for chinese, Taste of China is the restaurant to go to.

Great food large portions excellent price my entire family can eat here for less than McDonalds and the food is so much better even my kids love it

Their portions are amazing and the food is always amazing. They are always very quick with their cook times. My favorite Chinese food place in Evansville ahead of Crazy Buffet
