Delicious Food! I think my NY Strip was possibly one of the best steaks I’ve had in a restaurant. Our server was a bit slow, but she genuinely seemed a bit overwhelmed. I’m thinking she might have been new. My companion said their pulled pork was delicious also. Sides were amazing! I had mashed potatoes and a Caesar Salad. They were both very good. Loud atmosphere, but that’s to be expected at TR. It was a great dining experience!! Good job, Texas Roadhouse!! Highly recommend!

After a long day at the Green Acres Corn Maze, my family and I decided to stop by Texas Roadhouse for a meal. Unfortunately, our visit was plagued with several issues right from the start. We were quickly seated, but the wait for our food was an excruciating 45 minutes. With two kids in tow, waiting that long was quite challenging. When our appetizer combos finally arrived, they were served cold. We informed the staff, and although they offered to replace the plates, we were pressed for time and couldn 't wait any longer. To make matters worse, my son repeatedly asked for a Sprite refill, but despite his requests, it never arrived. Our waitress seemed to disappear and never returned to our table. As for my own meal, I ordered the salmon with a house salad and steamed vegetables. However, by the end of the night, I still hadn 't received my vegetables. After finishing my salmon and salad, I inquired about the missing side, but even then, they brought me the vegetables instead of the fries I requested as a replacement. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I do want to mention that I have dined at Texas Roadhouse before and it 's usually not this bad. Perhaps this visit was just an anomaly. I would encourage others to give it a chance, but be aware that our experience fell short of expectations.

Beef fillet ordered rare but served over (very) cooked. Shame. Didn't receive any bread even though all the other guests had it. Very noisy, crowded, had to sit at the bar. Friendly service. First mixed experience with this channel. The kitchen must have been a little overwhelmed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
