Contribuisci feedbackMy partner and I went there with our 2-year-old mixed breed dog, and we found the prices to be quite steep. A single plain hamburger was $4.95, and with two combo meals, our total came to $29. It's unfortunate that we can't afford to dine out as a family anymore.
I bit into my chicken sandwich only to find that it was completely raw in the middle. The manager refunded my money and offered me a new sandwich, but I didn't feel like eating anything else. The worst part is that both the cashier and the manager mentioned that this isn't the first time this has happened. Eat there at your own risk.
Only went to wendy’s and the person who worked the drive thru was probably the most rude person I met in a minute. he always sounded when we disturbed him. Every time he asked if there was something else, and we said yes, another sigh of aggravation. we stood on the window and he cut off our drinks on the tresor. he gave us a medium instead of a big drink, and of course we said nothing, because his behavior was already worrying. eating was hot and order was right, but again customer service was terrible.
We ordered 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers a medium fry and a large drink. Kid at the window gave me my drink took money and brought change. He then proceeded to bag up what was supposed to be our food and then 4 more bags. 10 min later he opens the window and tried to charge us for someone else’s food. I told him I wanted my food. He looked at me for a second the closed the window moved food around between bags for a couple of minutes and then gave us a bag. I looked seen 3 sandwiches and a fry. As we get going down the road my wife realized the fry was a small then got a sandwich out and it was a regular cheeseburger. Checked other 2 sandwiches and both were cheeseburgers. Tried calling this store a few times and no answer after letting it ring at least 25 times each call. The final call some one picked up waited a second then hung up. Highly do not recommend this store unless they restaff.
I ordered a speckkäse baked potato during my drive-thru visit, but when I received it, it wasn’t what I expected. They mentioned they could replace it at any time, but unfortunately, I don’t have a time machine—I wanted it when I placed my order. My time and gas were also wasted, and there’s no way to get that back.
