Wendy's - Evansville

Kia was extremely helpful when I mentioned that my baked potato was quite small. I then requested another one, hoping for a larger one, but she informed me that they were sold out. I then inquired about bacon and cheese fries, and she mentioned that they would add three extra fries to my order at no additional cost. However, I still had to pay the full price. When she asked what had happened to the small baked potato, I told her that I had eaten it and that it was delicious, but still very small! She rated the experience as a 5-star one because the French fries were excellent. I'm not quite sure how to feel about it!

Everything was fantastic! The burgers and fries were fresh and served hot! The girl at the counter was very friendly and courteous.

Would love to give five stars as the food was hot, what I expected and the lady that took my order and handed me my food was professional and friendly. The young woman at the first window taking my money was surely looking and didn’t say the dollar amount, thank you, etc. totally ignored me. I’m thinking she’d be better off in an area not involving customers who technically pay her salary. It was not crowded 11:45 am Thursday 12/30/2021

We went through the drive thru. The chicken nuggets were a little soggy and the fries seemed old. The staff was nice.

I do not like their new fries, that extra crispy outside on the fries changes the taste and makes them more greasy. Sandwich was dry. Won't be back anytime soon!
