The Elk Stop - Evant

Food is outstanding! Stopped for gas but once you go in and smell the food, we had to try. I had a Philly cheesesteak with fries. The cheesesteak is better than some I've had in Philly! I guess we got there right before lunch rush, a lot of people know about this gem.

At last, they could come by when they weren't too busy. so glad we made it! this place lives up to the hype. the burgers were great and juicy. the.

Good place to stop for a burger. Special of the day was a chicken fried steak sandwich. Nothing spectacular but good. Made from a frozen chicken fried steak but well fried and well dressed sandwich. The fries here are excellent. My first visit but I've been told the burgers are fantastic.

Don't let the fact that this is a convenience store stop you from stopping for a bite to eat. The food was amazing! We were traveling and just looking for anywhere and ran across this little gem. It was busy but worth the wait, the store is nice too. We enjoyed the burgers. The fries were also amazing. The girls has corn dogs and they were very good too. From the amount of people in there I would say the locals know how good it is. Stop in and give them a try!

This place is off of the hook. What a neat little store. One of the gals offered to make me a sandwich even after the grill was shutdown, who does that anymore?.i love the old memerobilia. Next time i come through,i will be sure to stop.
