They ran out of flat bread so they didn?t send it. I asked why I wasn?t called. She said we toldthe driver and he was supposed to tell u. So it?s the drivers fault they ran out of flat bread and I didn?t get my full order.Never again will I use Uber eats and I will never eat at Panera, customer service sucks.
Not sure what happened to Panera. The menu is non-existent. The prices have increased significantly, the quality of the food and beverage is about 0 compared to what it used to be. You focus on rebranding the logos and changing the interiors, but shouldbe focused on bringing back the old menus and making your food edible again. Definitely seemed short staffed, but that?sanywhere you go at this point. The staff here are not the issue. Pretty disappointed overall, will not waste anymore time ormoney here in the future.

Terrible place, they screwed up my order. Mac and cheese is disgusting, lobster roll is terrible.
Do not recommend to go here to anyone. For almost a 60$ instead of two lobster rolls got only one where was 90% bread and 5 lobster pieces and after 20 min apologize that no lobster (that is why one was bread only). Gave cup of Mac and cheese instead. Nice dinner I would say for 60$. Never go there
