The Bayside Cafe - Everett

The food at this restaurant is delicious with friendly staff and a great server. I ordered the western burger and deep-fried mushrooms, which were both very tasty. The mushrooms were served with a ranch dressing and had a flavorful batter. The western BBQ burger, made with Beyond Meat, was stacked with onion rings, BBQ sauce, and cheese, and was absolutely delicious. Whether you are vegan or looking for a plant-based alternative, this place is worth checking out.

I was thankful to find a restaurant where I could order anything on the menu without worrying about animal products. We ordered nachos, deep fried pickles, a classic burger, a chicken sandwich, and some beer. The burger patty was a decent size and texture, but lacked flavor and tasted burnt from the grill. I added some fried pickles to give it more flavor, but they were too salty. The nachos had too many chips and not enough toppings, and the tortilla chips were not very good quality. The chicken sandwich was okay, but the pretzel bun didn't complement the flavors well. The fries were the highlight of the meal. Overall, the food was mediocre and not worth a return visit. The ambiance was cool, as the restaurant is located inside an old Chinese restaurant. The booth seating was extremely tight, making it uncomfortable for a pregnant person or those with a belly. The wiggling of seats from the booth behind us prompted us to move to another booth. I hope Bayside Vegan Kitchen continues to thrive, but our experience was underwhelming.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The vegan food here is some of the best I've ever tasted in this state. I highly recommend it! Make sure to show your support. I ordered the Pretzel Sticks with a side of nacho cheese along with the Chickun Ghost sandwich.

Excellent food! Loved the western burger? so messy but oh so good! Our party shared mushrooms, pickles, and the nachos? all fabulous! I?m taking some raspberry cheesecake home to try tonight. You can literally order anything on their menu and love it!This is definitely for the vegan bar food mood! Not the ultra healthy options but when your down for burgers and fries or somebar food apps definitely hit up bayside!

Very strange choice of location. They have recently moved in to what was evidently a Chinese restaurant before. It is dark, huge, has no natural light, and frankly, I think, a very poor choice I'm really not sure what they can do with this space tomake it work. 1/5 for ambience. The food was good but very heavy. We had the tofu scramble and the breakfast sandwich. Bothgreat if you like that kind of diner style meal but a bit heavy for my taste. 4/5 for food. Also they didn't have any coffee(as they didn't have a machine set up) so I had to go out to a place around the corner for that. Personally I would have boughtat least a drip coffee machine in as a temporary solution, or bought some boxes from a local company in the interim. Feels likethere were better solutions available here. Strange experience all round, I'm genuinely perplexed by the choice of location.
