We ate two dinners here. every night we were served a free glass of champagne with Portuguese brot, olive, olive oil and bread/casse crèches. I enjoyed the appetizer of the scallops caramelized at any occasion. the otopus tempura was delicate, crispy and tasteful with a side of seafood rice that was delicious. another pleasant dish was a lamb with carrots and bitter green. the most important disappointment was a cod that was too buttery and too salty that ruined a good piece of fish. no gloomy were ordered. the service was fast and efficient. the atmosphere was casual eating with electronic techno music, which sleeps moderately in the background. the value is too good.
We have made last minute reservations to eat here, the restaurant in our hotel, not want to wander around to eat after a late afternoon. We were not disappointed. Our server was knowledgeable and conscientious in terms of gluten allergies. I had the gnocchi with fresh vegetables. The vegetables were al Dente, and the gnocchi was mixed with the vegetables on a bed of potatoes. Veggies contain many roots made for some delicious treats. My wife had the salmon that was gluten-free. She said it was tender and moist, also served on a bed of potatoes. Our sever made excellent recommendations for accompanying wines, and we ended the meal with port. This was a wonderful introduction to Évora!

Comida saborosa e surpreendente, comemos polvo com migas de gambas e bochecha de porco com risoto de cogumelos. Sobremesa trilogia de doces conventuais... maravilhosos... o atendimento também foi excelente
