Panda Express - Ewa Beach

The restaurant has a nice design, although it is a bit smaller in size. The staff is friendly, and the entrées are well-prepared and readily available. I usually never wait more than a few minutes, and most items are usually in stock. I typically visit during the day rather than at night, so I can't speak to the evening experience, but I highly recommend it for an afternoon or early evening visit. The attentive and helpful staff ensures a steady supply of everything you need on-site.

On this occasion, there were seven employees on duty, but nothing was being prepared, and they had run out of forks, spoons, and napkins. I won't be returning to this location. It doesn’t seem right that they close early and turn away customers when they refuse to cook. It appeared that they started cleaning up at 8:00 PM, indicating that they had decided earlier to stop serving food to guests.

I order 3 plates to go and when I came home and tried the food, the fried rice UNCOOKED! is very disappointing, every time I buy from this store, there is always a problem, last time I order plate you forget to put the walnut shrimp, now I have to come back and back, so humbug?

I'll start saying that I'm not a big fan of Panda, but the fact that they all hacked their veggies into clear containers was great to see in clear refrigerators for everyone. The place is really clean and, at least for me, everything was fresh, quite a lot made on site, and hot; nothing was cold or warm when I came home, which is a big plus for me. In any case, would go back!

The food is great when you can actually get it. Unfortunately, no one responds to online orders, and the phone isn't answered either. I'm really frustrated with this place.
