Very tasty little shop! The only reason I reduced a star is that the rubbish can is right by the door, and attracts lots of flies. With no indoor seating, to eat it there is to be constantly swatting away, but honestly, the dessert was delicious, and the food for Spoon itself as well as Vons smells delicious! Almost makes me wish I hadn 't eaten lunch before hand, but for what it is, the bingsu was tasty, generous on toppings, and worth the time and cost. I think Adam Driver would give it a good su!
The Bingsu Korean Shave Ice) was really great! The ice was thinly shaved frozen milk and had a very light, slightly creamy texture that went well with the fresh cut strawberry chunks and sweet strawberry syrup! The only reason I 'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is because of the price $10.95). I would love to try the other flavors but I could buy a whole meal at spoon for a few dollars extra, if not the same price.
Really amazing desserts, huge sizes, super tasty. Staff is kind and desserts were made quickly. They had a table outside to eat at or you can take it home. Fruits are fresh and sweet and the other flavors are spot on. Highly recommend for a nice treat!
My friend and I tend to come to Teaspoon to order their bingsu and to get their strawberry latte (strawberry purée milk) since this location makes it the best in my opinion. My friend and I have tried the strawberry, oreo, and jolipong bingsu. And to us, the jolipong bingsu has been the best one we tried so far! It comes with this really light puff like cereal, vanilla ice cream, and caramel and chocolate syrup! It may sound sweet but it wasn't super sweet and it was also quite refreshing! Compared to the little amount of other bingsu shops on the island, I like this location the best due to the quality of the ice, the difference in flavors they offer, and the fact that they don't add almonds to their bingsu hahaha xD
