The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf Ewa Beach

I used to love coming to this place for coffee or ice blended drinks, but recently the taste has been inconsistent. It could be due to the frequent change in staff or high turnover rate. I ordered a blueberry lemon scone and asked for it to be warmed up, but it was still cold when I ate it. They were willing to reheat it for me. The restroom was dirty and had a bad smell. Despite these issues, I will continue to visit the Ewa Beach location in hopes that they improve.

I inquired multiple times about the matcha latte, but unfortunately it was not as good as when they made it with their samples. I hope they can remember how they made it in the past, as it is important for us customers that when we enjoy a sample, we would like to purchase it.
