Terrible service. 10 minutes longer than time given for order. Couldn't even give 4 more sauces for free for the extra wait time, but could give attitude for free Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited at the counter for a full 3minutes, no service, left establishment. No one was in to dine because the environment was so hot and uncomfortable. Maybe air conditioning was not working, but it was very uncomfortable to be there! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chicken Bowl of Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Fried Chicken

KFC Kapolei was the worst restaurant we ever went to. The cashier was rude and had poor customer service. Wings look like bone dog food. We got our money back for the wings, but I would not recommend that restaurant to anyone. Thank God for giving me the patients, but that lady needs a slap from left to right. I even asked for napkins because she only gave us 2 for four people, and she only gave us two more. The manager or whoever owns this KFC needs to check on that lady.

This place only gave me half a drink they didn’t even fill my cup up all they did was fill it half way. I don’t suggest going to this kFC the cashier completely ignored me and they had very bad service they treated me really badly. DO NOT RECOMMEND Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

They're always happy to see my dog at the drive-thru. Anyone who greets my puppy and and has good biscuits will always have a 5 star in my book
