Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me, not sure what happened here but that was too long of a wait.
I 'd first like to say, I typically LOVE this Starbucks and it 's our regular, but this time was very disappointing and they just a really bad staff todayTo begin, I pulled up in the drive thru and they had a shorter female outside taking orders. She was very rushy, after everything I said, she 'd aggressively say is that all and she was so rude. I ordered two venti iced coffees (which she wouldn 't even let me finish customizing without cutting me off), then I got two everything bagels with butter , I was once again cut off. Then I had ordered two orders of egg white bites with siracha . She then was very rude and sent us on our way to the window. Got to the window and recieved the bagel and one bag of egg white bites. I told the guy at the window I got two egg white bites and he was like I only see one on the screen he then kindly offered to add it on which I was cool with. Then the female who took my order walked in and I overheard the male at the window say I ordered two egg whites. I then heard her aggressively tell the other staff members no she didn 't. To me, this is very very rude and uncalled for. So we finally receive our order and get home to eat, there was only one butter, no siracha, and our coffees were mostly ice and dark (we ordered oat milk in it) and it was a lot darker than usual. Like I said before, I do love this place and have for a while now. But today way just different.
As good as other locations. But this places everyone here ignores you. I tried getting their attention to ask for a bathroom I was looked at many times and as I was about to ask they turned away and completely ignored the fact I was there. Don't even bother they're rude and unprofessional.
Just ordered two lattes at the counter. Received one and waited for the other. No latte. I asked and was listened to then summarily ignored. I know they had the order because the cashier walked over and told them light ice right after I made the order! So I asked a second time was listened to and ignored again. I asked the third time and they started to make my latte. They asked me three times what the order was and also told them light ice. They filled the cup with ice, and I said as she reached for a lid, “it was supposed to be light ice”. I didn’t want them to have to remake it so I asked for them to take some of the ice out. So she takes it to the sink and tries to pour the ice and instead poured some of the drink down the sink. She puts the lid on and hands it to me and said sorry! So sad that just about everywhere you go these days people don’t listen! It wasn’t a difficult order. I was willing to wait and patient. I was not nasty to them. Just didn’t get good service!!! It’s kind of odd because I usually get good service here!
