Customer service is sucked! I waited 15 minutes in the lobby and nobody came to help me. I just left and got Chucks, even though I had a taste for pizza hat. You need a new manager or more staff!
If I could give them 0? I would. I ordered my food at 651p and was told my order would be delivered in 100 minutes. At 851p (120 minutes later) I call to check my order. I was told that my order could not be found. The kicker pulled the money out of my account! I spoke to someone who was rude and very evil. I ask you to talk to the manager and her answer was the manager. I told her she had to work on her customer service and if she had a solution. She then said that they can place my order or give me a refund. I asked if the order would take another 2 hours and she said it depends on the order because they are sold out of all. My answer is, why would you offer to place my order when you are sold out?! She hung on me and when I called back, nobody answered. I called about 5x and finally get someone in TX. Apparently, they use a response service to command them. They always gave me a dead line. After about an hour, I'll talk to someone who says I'll be refunded in 3-5 working days. They don't have a customer service and need to better train their employees. I'll never order them again.
Once two years ago, when my bf and I visited my family. Everything was delicious, but the dry fried chicken wings were the highlight for me. Recently I was back in town where I visited my family, and I couldn't go without having some chicken wings back. I live so sad in la and can't have them more often.
It was nice to fine one open, the bread sticks were awesome, the pizza was good we were expecting a pan pizza it was thinner seemed to be made different. It was good enough to drive nearly 10 miles again someday.
