Taco Bell - Excelsior Springs

Last time going there. Always screw up food. Manager takes no accountability and staff is a bunch of methods heads.

I have never gotten as sick as I got yesterday after eating here. I came through the drive through to get some dinner about 5pm on 3-1-24 and by 10pm I was throwing up and could not get off the toilet. I was in pain for nearly 24 hours and still can't eat anything other than a banana and some bread. The service was terrible but that's what I come to expect from this town. I will not only never eat here again but the very though of ever eating taco bell again makes me sick. I have not been able to sleep or move without horrible cramps and nausea. Something should be done about this place.

Tacos never have more than a teaspoon of meat or filling at this location but the staff is nice, burrito full.

We paid 45$ for 12 tacos 2 quesadias and 3 bean Barretos and over half of the tacos had a teaspoon of meat or

I went there today and ordered the burrito Supreme and the taco crunch combo and when I got home I pulled out the shredded cheese and there was only 10 strings of cheese and I took a tsp measuring spoon and scooped the meat out of the bottom and there was less then a tsp of meat.there was no lettuce so I called them to complain and she said they were out of lettuce and they should have told me.so all I got was a taco shell.i will never go back there and I wish peor would boycott it.why should we keep paying these kind of prices for nothing and all we are doing is keeping the owners life style going while we get ripped off.never again.
