Tommy's Tonka Trolley - EXCELSIOR

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The owners are very attractive, as my son described them as "devilishly good looking". The ice cream was also quite delicious.

The ice cream and unique options at this restaurant are excellent. The location is perfect for enjoying the park and waterfront. Prices are reasonable and fair.

Exciting ice cream shop located in Excelsior, Minnesota. They offer a wide variety of tasty ice cream flavors that are regularly changing. Conveniently situated in the bustling port area of Excelsior.

This charming spot along the Excelsior Bay coastline is a great place to enjoy some of Minnesota's favorite Sébastien Joe's Ice cream, as well as other snacks and small food items. Perfect for bringing the kids or pets, the customer service is excellent with a friendly smile and a lovely atmosphere all around. There are a couple of chairs and benches available to sit and enjoy your ice cream, or you can take a stroll along the park path. We will definitely be returning many times.

Mango, strawberry, blueberry, caramel salt, all far too sweet and with artificial flavors. The waffle is the best. To clarify: much too sweet artificial taste. The waffles are tasty.
