Exeter Phoenix Cafe

I had a great experience at Exeter Phoenix! The atmosphere was nicely done with a few tables to choose from for a late coffee and a chapter of Brene Brown. The staff was attentive and friendly, and there was a diverse group of customers who were happy to exchange courteous smiles and nods. Overall, it was a very pleasant 25 minutes at the end of a long day. The only thing that would have made it better is if my latte had been a little hotter. I'll be sure to ask for an extra hot one next time. Fabulous experience overall!

This café and bar, located within the Phoenix multi-arts center, is charming and peaceful. The staff is friendly, there is a pleasant outdoor seating option, and they serve an exceptional bacon sandwich!

I went to this cafe for lunch since the museum was closed. It was a fantastic small cafe with delicious food, friendly service, and good coffee.

What a great environment. Went there for a meet up with a friend post lockdown. We just wanted drinks and a catch up and we were under no pressure to buy food. The food look delicious and the service was first class. Will use this place again!

Stopped in to pass time to catch a train. Happy we did as coffee is so good, ended up having two. Place is clean, food is simple and really good. As it’s only outdoor seating, I reckon it should be non smoking and ask the smokers to pop downstairs to smoke. Nothing more inconsiderate then a smoker in an area where others are eating.
