The food was delicious. The staff were mainly great although we did hear a comment about they didn’t book so can’t have a table, but we did book and Someone had been sat on our table. There was also a lady wandering about with a dog which I didn’t really think was appropriate around tables of people eating.
We live in Callington, our friends live in Weston Super Mare, we try to meet up regularly and Mill on the Exe is our perfect meeting place, as its middle distance for us all. More often than not, we have a fantastic carvery and a few drinks, overlooking the river, ambiance is soothing. Mick K
Fab service didn’t get ladies name that service downstairs , but she was great. We were a table of 10 with a few fussy diners. Service was great nothing too much trouble and we were kept informed on food etc . Chefs serving car very friendly and helpful too. Good day
Salad nicoise extremely oily; they offered me a free drink which was a black coffee worth about £1.50, they should have offered money off the faulty salad
