I ordered takeout from this restaurant for the first time and unfortunately, I will not be ordering from here again. The special fried rice was decent, but that was the only positive thing. The prawn crackers were very stale and soft, possibly a day old. They were the worst prawn crackers I have ever had. The prawn chow mein did not appear fresh, and the noodles did not have a good texture or taste. The prawn toasts and chicken balls were overcooked and too crunchy. The crispy seaweed was tough and dry. Overall, I was not satisfied with the quality of the food.
I picked up my food order this evening and brought it home, only to be disappointed when I found that the curry was cold. I called to inform them, but instead of receiving an apology, I was met with a woman yelling at me over the phone. This is not the proper way to treat a customer! I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Crispy beef, Phoenix special with chow mien, roast pork with mixed vegetables, and mixed vegetable curry. Collected as we live nearby. Cooking time was quick and food nice.
The food didn 't taste well. I had mixed vegetables which turned out to be simply soy-bean sprouts and onions. The quality of the food was poor and even for a cheap eats restaurant the cost-benefit-ratio was too low. I wouldn 't go there a second time.
