Fox's Pizza Den - Export

The pizza was delicious, but the garlic cheese bread was a bit overcooked. However, the staff member who assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated it when they went out of their way to open the door for me!

Called to place an order for delivery, a man answered who seemed very distraught, could hear him sign when I said I?d like to place and order. Ordered a pizza and ask that one item be left off and he signed again. Then when I couldn?t find what I was looking for on the sandwich menu, I asked him about the sandwich item I couldn?t find, he seemed very frustrated and replied, sir we have a lot of items for that type of sandwich, well I didn?t expect that type of reply. Then he said one moment and then a women came on the phone, she was very pleasant and finished taking the order, I told her I had a coupon for so much off an order and she replied she did not have that in her system. She was very pleasant and said she would apply a discount because it wasn?t in the system. I replied thank you. She finished the order and wished a good night and I the same. I would suggest if the future they should monitor their employees and if they find one that seems to be overwhelmed or having an off night that he or she not be answering the phone! They have good food and I will continue to order from them despite occurred. Everyone has a moment.

This is Fox's pizza in Murrysville. Very good pizza! Ordered the big daddy pizza,they delivered,very nice delivery driver and they were very polite on the phone! I will definitely order from there whenever I am at work!

The restaurant is under new ownership, and it really shows. The service was excellent, and the pizza was fantastic. We will definitely keep ordering from the Murraysville Fox!
