Contribuisci feedbackI recently visited DQ for a burger, but unfortunately it was not on the menu. I decided to try a hot dog with cheese and pickle relish instead. Sadly, it was a big disappointment. The hot dog was cold, the bun was dry and falling apart, and the cheese was cold and shredded. Although the pickle relish was tasty, it didn't make up for the overall poor quality of the meal. Normally, I would discuss my concerns with the business first before leaving a negative review, but the two young workers at this DQ seemed unbothered. It's unfortunate to say that I cannot recommend this DQ. I usually enjoy DQ for a quick bite, especially when I'm out with my grandchildren.
Visited Dairy Queen after my daughter's competition on 12/9/23 around 6:45. The staff member who took our order appeared uninterested in her job, lacked friendliness, and seemed to have an attitude. A welcoming demeanor in customer service can greatly enhance the overall experience for patrons. It's important to set a positive tone, especially when dealing with something as enjoyable as ice cream.
Skip this DQ. Had the guy finger the inside of my cup before making my blizzard. When I asked him before he started to use a new cup he had an attitude and then grabbed a new cup. I then watched him spit in my blizzard as he was making it. After I submitted a complaint to DQ corporate and never heard back. Not only will I never go back here, but I highly suggest nobody else waste their hard earned money at this place to get some disease in their treats from these losers they hire here.
The restaurant offers excellent service and a tidy environment.
My family arrived at the Exton location at 8:55 PM on 9/13/23. Two young female employees at the counter refused to accept the DQ App for special deals on an 85-cent Blizzard. After asking questions about the Blizzards for 5 minutes, we decided to order one anyway at 9:05 PM. However, we were told that the machine had already been turned off in preparation for closing at 9:30 PM, so they were no longer taking orders for Blizzards for the night. It was disappointing that they had shut down the machine for Blizzards 30 minutes before closing. They should have informed us when we first arrived that Blizzards were unavailable, instead of letting us spend time deciding on an order. This experience reflected poor customer service and management. We recommend going to Kiwi Yogurt instead, as they do not shut down early.
