New location but kind of an unexciting setup with highly unmotivated employees. Not worth visiting. The cookies were fine; they don't accept cash as they most likely don't trust their employees with it.

My husband and I stopped at this cookie place after driving by and being curious. Warm cookies? Yes, please! Two people walked in before us, but were still making decisions as we stepped up to the counter to order. Hold on, these people were here first, we were told, after specifying that 1. we were ready to order and 2. only wanted single cookies. So, these two people, who were still deciding, were given priority over two people who were ready. They began their 6 cookie order, but they still hadn 't really made decisions. Then, they attempted to pay. The printer was offline, and the two employees couldn 't figure it out. There was a lot of wearing on their ends. Our order was taken, no apology about how long things were taking. My husband and I then mutually agreed that we didn 't need overpriced cookies at a wait, and that I could just make them myself. We left, sans cookies. Given the circumstances, a proper business model would have been to take our order first, an apology about the payment system, and potentially comp part of the order, while temporarily closing the store until the payment system was operating again. In that case, I would be leaving a positive review about how well they handled a less-than-ideal situation.

In regard to the comment before us by Kit and her husband maybe you shouldn't be so entitled. If the roles were reversed and you had arrived first and were served after us you'd be appalled. Have a little patience it was literally only a minute after you left that they got their system back up and running. Y'all really some haters. Anyways Our service was great and they even gave us 2 free cookies for being patient and understanding.

A nice cozy place. We have ordered on the app and had a in store pickup option Visited on a weekday evening. No many people were at this place We had quite warm bunch of cookies. They are extremely fresh and delicious. They have good variety of ice-creams and beverages that go in combo with cookies Liked their ambience Would highly recommend this place Staff are friendly Not sure about the cookie Van that is parked
