The empanadas and flautas were also dry, to the point where it was difficult to identify the type of meat inside them. Unfortunately, the only edible items were the chips and salsa. It felt like they were cutting corners on ingredients and lacked care in their preparation.
The queso was mediocre. I wouldn't recommend the tortilla soup. The tacos were decent, and the beans and rice were good. The chips were excellent. Overall, I don't think it's worth a second visit or the prices.
I am extremely disappointed! The enchiladas needed to be reheated, were overcooked, and the cheese wasn’t melted. The refried beans were decent, but the chicken tortilla soup was just watery and lacked substance; it was more like broth. The only good thing was the large bag of chips with salsa, which was enjoyable. I don't think I will be ordering from OTB again!
Bought the shrimp-beef-chicken fajitas and other food. W/ tip, $60. Ive gotten more food/bette quality from frozen dinners than this
I work in this area sometimes and not too familiar with the restaurants in Exton and happened to my visit manager of NC who has never been here....
