Uno Pizzeria Grill - EXTON

My wife and I had dinner tonight after a 10 year absence because we remember the service being so bad. Well, not only has the service not improved the food was luke warm at best. So we show up around 5:25. I ordered a Pepsi and my wife a Makers Mark Manhattan. After 30 minutes of waiting for my wife's drink the waiter comes over to tell us they are out of Makers Mark. She goes for the Pepsi. We order our food. After another 20 minutes go by and my wife said you realize we have no utensils. I can't find my waiter so I look at their station to see if I can pick up 2 sets. None around. I go over to the hostess area where 4 young women are standing. I ask them if it is customary to not provide utensils after 50 minutes. I am told they are out of utensils. I tell them my head is spinning and return to the table to inform my wife. We look at each other in disbelief. Another 10-15 minutes pass and the food arrives with utensils. I have the Mediterranean chicken which is luke warm and broccoli which is cold. My wife had the Lemon Herb Salmon. The Salmon was so dry it must have been cooked an hour ago and sitting under a warmer for an hour. The Salmon was luke warm and the mixed veggies were room temperature. So bottom line.... We will NEVER be back. Just a heads up to you folks who are thinking of going there. Oh, I would give this place 0 stars if it let me.

First off the very first time I went in the restaurant late December during the day no one at the front desk or bar to help me. Waited at the front desk then walked out. Later that week I tried again this time at night staff greeted me right away sat down with my dad had a good time. However wouldn't recommend sitting near the bar. Patty was at the bar and waiting tables very nice and doing the best she could.

It's been years since I've dined at an Uno's and their food is still great! Even brought along someone who has never heard of them and they also agreed on the food. Deep dish pizza's, wing appetizers were a hit!

Uno's was a good experience. The service was quick and the atmosphere was nice. It wasn't very loud which is something I enjoy, however I was there between the lunch and dinner rush. I had a Chicago deep dish cheese pizza and it tasted alright, but sat in my stomach like a rock. That might just have been a me thing though.Parking: Plenty of parking.
