Contribuisci feedbackThis is absolutely the best restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. The food was out of this world. Every single item was a work of art. I was blown away with the amount of food served and the high quality of everything we consumed. The service was excellent as well. The breathtaking view overlooking the city was incredibly stunning. I had the 3 course meal and my husband had the 5 course meal. He was glad he opted for the half lobster upgrade. We spent about 3 hours there in total. We would highly recommend going here!
Disappointing. The physical appearance of the restaurant was nice, with a beautiful view of the city. The service was excellent as to be expected by the 1* rating. However, I was surprised that the dishes were not more imaginative and creative as I would have hoped. Several courses the foie gras, the fish quenelle, the scorpion fish, and the pork belly showed balance and subtlety, but a bit bland with not a lot of depth of flavor. They seemed rather conventional and not particularly exciting for a 1* restaurant. The substitution of leeks (also bland for the caviar course was extremely disappointing and a bit puzzling (I would have expected a caviar substitution to have a more similar flavor profile, for example, a tartare of tuna, etc. . The wine pairings were the highlight of the meal, with excellent service by the sommelier. I also thought the cheeses on the trolly were excellent. But the wine and the cheese were produced by others, not by the kitchen staff. Overall, I felt that the experience did not live up to my very high expectations of Michelin 1* dining, and it's unlikely that I will return in the future given the many other fine dining options in Lyon.

Very good experience. Fine and seasonal cuisine, impeccable service, good cheese tray. A favourite for the originality of the wines included in the menu.
