Pastarte - Facatativá

Happy to have stopped in this big restaurant. The food was simple, but delicious. The staff was very attentive and service-oriented.

Wow. If you find yourself in Bogota, you need to make the trip to this restaurant. At the beginning of this year I was in Rome and had great Italian cuisine. At Restaurante Pastarte I had an equivalent experience. I know you don't come to Bogota, Colombia to have Italy, but this place really felt like a family restaurant in Italy. Everything is done at home, including the pasta and tomato sauce that made the experience even better. I loved playing the local food ambience with jazz music. It really made me love this place. In addition, I am originally from the Bronx, where we have many authentic Italian family restaurants and this was surprising to the Par.

At Restaurante Pastarte I had an equivalent experience. I know you don't come to Bogota, Colombia to have Italian, but this place truly felt like a family owned restaurant in Italy. Everything is home made including the pasta and tomatoes sauce which made the experience even better. I loved the home dining ambience with jazz music playing. It really made me love this place. In addition I'm originally from the Bronx where we have plenty of authentic Italian family owned restaurants and this one was surprisingly up to par.
