Broadway Food Palace - Fair Lawn

I have been shopping in that store from the day it was originally opened and since that time I have never see seen such rude , inexperienced and caddish staff . The salesperson refused to sell displayed product with a price on it simply because “ it should be unpacked first ” . Question: why it is on display!? . Terrible. To owner/manager please train your staff to at least be polite when you try to sell to a customer a product. Btw , I will never shop in your store again .

I bought today dry salami. I found at home, after my family complained for the strange taste that some slices had green, wet, rotten edge! They mixed fresh and expired. Half to half. What a heck !

I absolutely enjoy shopping at this store! It has everything I need. The aisles are well-organized and easy to navigate, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff members are known for their friendliness and are always ready to assist you in finding or selecting products. Their food is delicious and perfect for parties and gatherings, and their fresh meat selection is outstanding. The butcher is particularly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the two managers for their ongoing support with orders, and a shoutout to the chefs for their beautiful presentation and delicious meals. Overall, I appreciate everyone at the store for creating such a wonderful shopping and dining experience.
