Jack In The Box - Fair Oaks

If you're okay with seeing homeless individuals parked in their cars or riding bikes around the drive-thru, you might not mind this place. However, while we were waiting at the drive-thru window, we noticed a homeless man washing out his water bottle right in front of our car at the hose hookup on the building. It definitely made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe with our windows down. It's concerning, to say the least.

Update: Uber ended up canceling my order, and when I tried to call Jack in the Box to ensure I wouldn't be charged, I was put on hold for a while before they answered and then hung up on me. I recommend driving a little further to another location on Greenback. Additionally, the link Jack in the Box provided for support doesn’t work; their contact page returns an error and says the page is missing.

Jack is definitely better than Carl's. The way she explained it was really funny—she said, “I don’t know, sir, if we can make the milkshake for you because I’m like... the machine... I’m having problems!”
