Bahn Thai - Fairbanks

We phoned in our order as we were arriving just before closing time and the staff kindly waited for us to finish. The food was perfectly cooked and the best meal we had in Fairbanks! This is definitely one of the best Thai restaurants we have ever visited. We highly recommend the spicy basil fried rice, green curry, and Tom kha.

We were able to easily walk to this restaurant from our downtown hotel. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service from the wait staff was excellent.

The meal we had was too expensive. I paid $8 less for the same dish at Express restaurant three weeks ago. The quality does not justify the $20 price per plate.

The egg rolls were great! They claim to be the best you've ever had and they aren't far off. The only thing I would change would be to have a pork option. The chicken wasn't bad, but I do love some pork egg rolls. You also get 5 full egg rolls split into 10, for $10. It's not bad given the taste and amount. The pad Thai was delicious, but it absolutely needed more spice. Otherwise, it was something I would order again. Service was incredible and the restaurant itself was nice and clean and well spaced. You don't feel like you are on top of other tables.
