I love the cause behind Firehouse and the contributions back to First Responders. However, the meat used for steak and cheese is not the same as most sites... it was not very appealing, although the sandwich tasted well. I felt like the meat was somewhat vaccinated compared to all the other places where I was, as I always became one when available.

They're sandwiches really good, but if I smoke some people out there and that's really disappointing. I just hope they know how to wash their hands after smoking, how nurses wash their hands before surgery. You're making a sandwich. I understand if he's busy, but it wasn't.

The General Manager at this point has terrible customer service. He is visibly irritated and throws his head back into trouble when you come in 30 minutes to close and did the same to 2 other customers who came after me. He also took his female cash register to question her general manager and embarrass him. All the other workers were very nice.

We decided to try this place since we never had it. Very fresh. Good portions. I have the little fireworks ball my S/O has as a big engineer. You didn't attack Veggies. Everyone had on masks, very fast friendly services, very clean! We'll be back soon
